What do I do if I receive a damaged product, missing product or the wrong product?
At So Well, all of our customer orders are hand packed by caring and dedicated staff (some family) We do our very best to pack everything as environmentally friendly as possible, using recycled paper, recycled boxes and least amount of materials as possible but ensuing your order is packed 100% for perfect arrival. Unfortunately situations occur and products can arrive damaged, missing or wrong. In this case, please contact us and well work on getting your order fixed immediately. Please don’t send anything back until we receive your email.
All of our products are insured and we will happily replace any item that is damaged or wrong. We do ask that you keep all original materials, and send us pictures of the damaged or wrong item, along with pictures of any damaged packaging, so that that we may see what happened and take the appropriate steps to file claims and replace your items. Please use the contact us page to report damaged shipments.
What if I just don’t like the product or would like to exchange it?
We do offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return the item for an exchange or refund. Please contact us and let us know you will be returning the item. We do not give refunds on shipping or pay for return shipping costs.
