Why are Minerals Important?

MINERALS…

Why are they important?

Weight loss, chronic illnesses such as hypertension and high cholesterol can be greatly improved with a change in our diet. Wellness requires that we identify what our body needs and what it doesn‘t, from a good night’s sleep which does wonders to improve our overall health,  to the air we breathe to what minerals our bodies are lacking.

Minerals are needed by your body to function properly; it helps your blood carry oxygen and builds strong muscles. The difference between vitamins and minerals is vitamins are organic substances, which are made by plants or animals. Minerals are inorganic elements that come from the soil and water and are absorbed by plants. Examples of mineral deficiencies are calcium, zinc, iron and magnesium. Your body only needs small amounts of trace minerals which are chromium, copper, iodine, iron, selenium and zinc to list a few.

Minerals are natural sources of nutrition and can come in many forms from green foods to supplements to using Fair trade 84 mineral rich Himalayan salt in all your cooking and seasoning.

At So Well, we have a wonderful product you can take internally to detox,  re-mineralize your body, pull out stored toxins, feed the cells so that your immune system works better. It can sound like an old cliché, but so true, “you look good when you feel good!”
